On 25 May 2018 the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 as of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation; hereinafter only “GDPR”) became effective,
With respect to the above mentioned, among others, we declare that SUDOP PRAHA a.s. takes and always has taken the protection of personal data and the protection of privacy in general very seriously. Therefore, we would like to inform you regarding the method of processing of personal data we gather in the course of our activity, how is the personal data used, and regarding your implied rights. SUDOP PRAHA a.s. COMPLIANCE SYSTEM

Rules of ethical conduct in compliance with the law, legislation and internal standards, in SUDOP PRAHA a.s. are founded in the individual corporate guidelines of the integrated management system, annually trained and tested as part of the internal and external audits of the Company. These were the cornerstone and important foundation for the establishment of a comprehensive system, which is within the corporate guidelines not only in the Czech Republic called Compliance Program, Corporate Compliance Policy.

One of the conditions of transparent conduct of a company is the adherence to the so-called Compliance Program, which must be applied internally and externally as well. Its contents and settings must assure, that the conduct in business and other relevant relationships is in full compliance with all ethical and legal guidelines of economic competition, financial and legal integrity, protection of the environment and employees relationships including the assurance of equal opportunities. 

In compliance with the above SUDOP PRAHA a.s., under the leadership of a renowned law office, conducted an audit and set-up the Compliance program of the Company, which will be in future a part of the business culture of SUDOP PRAHA a.s. And will serve not only as protection against legal responsibility of the Company, but it will also contribute to the development of the Company not only in the form of ethical codes of conduct of the Company in the business environment.

In compliance with the above mentioned an ethical Commission was established in the Company with the following members:
