At SUDOP PRAHA a.s. we are firmly committed to adhering to the highest standards of ethical conduct, transparency and legal compliance in all our business activities. We also recognize the importance of operating an effective and trustworthy Compliance system and Whistleblowing mechanism that will enable us to identify and address potential violations of laws, regulations, ethical standards or our internal policies.
SUDOP PRAHA a.s. carefully develops, implements and maintains a Compliance System, which serves as a framework for the management and control of our business processes. Our goal is to ensure that all of our company's activities are in compliance with all relevant legal regulations and other external requirements, as well as with our internal policies and procedures. This system is regularly tested and adjusted to meet the highest standards of social responsibility.
In accordance with the above, an Ethics Committee was established in the company with the following members:

At SUDOP PRAHA a.s., we expect all our employees, partners and other stakeholders to adhere to the highest standards of ethical conduct. To this end, the company has adopted a Code of Ethics, which emphasizes compliance with applicable laws and regulations in order to minimize the risk of criminal liability for the company. It commits to preventing corrupt practices, conflicts of interest and not accepting illegal benefits. It also ensures the protection of confidentiality of information and supports transparency in all company activities.
SUDOP PRAHA a.s. supports open and transparent communication, for which the company has created an Ethics Line compliance@sudop.cz, the purpose of which is to provide employees and interested parties with a safe and confidential channel for reporting potential violations of laws, ethical standards or internal regulations, in order to minimize the risk of criminal liability of the company. The Ethics Line serves to prevent corrupt behavior, conflicts of interest and provides a space for revealing illegal activities., respect for human rights, non-discrimination and fair play in our corporate operations.
SUDOP PRAHA a.s. creates a safe and confidential environment for reporting potential violations of legal regulations, ethical standards or internal policies through the Whistleblowing mechanism, which the company has published in the document "Procedure for reporting violations of Union law (whistleblowing)" with the basic reporting channel whistleblowing@sudop.cz. We believe in the importance of protecting the person who files such a report, and we undertake that the reporter will not be harmed in any way in his or her rights or exposed to any retaliatory measures by the Company.

All reports made through the Whistleblowing mechanism will be properly investigated and treated with the utmost confidentiality. Information obtained through this mechanism will only be used for the purpose of investigating and resolving any violations, taking into account relevant data protection and confidentiality laws.
SUDOP PRAHA a.s. actively monitors and regularly evaluates its Compliance System and Whistleblowing mechanism to ensure their effectiveness and compliance with the latest legal and ethical standards. The company's management is responsible for supporting and developing a culture of compliance and ethical standards at all levels of the organization.
